A member of the dangerous under-organization known as The Nix. RJ is a highly skilled marksman, and his abilities have allowed him to rise through the ranks of The Nix. He now leads a three-man squad of Nix Mavericks.

RJ is a legacy member of the NIX, his father having been of a very high rank. Many within the orginaztion are keeping a close eye on him, either encouraging him to rise higher, or waiting for him to fail.

The pressures of his job have created a powerful internal struggle within RJ, who wants to lead a normal life outside of his work, but his work forces him to become a person he does not want to be.
