Coming up with action words is kind of tricky sometimes. I don’t really know what a plane crashing and sliding in a dirt desert sounds like. Sometimes I just make weird noises until I hear one I like and then write it out phonetically.

Dougan’s ‘DOOF’ in the first panel, however, is a sound I actually make on occasion. It is also ‘food’ backwards!

Speaking of weird sounds, here’s the latest THOMCAST:

Shirou Zhiwu says:

Ok, pushing your psychic powers to the point of bleeding all over to help fix the problem you created is good, she gets some points for that. Some explanation about how they are running from a lawful evil government is needed now. That will earn them the right to fix the rest of the deficit they have accumulated with this team. Starting with fixing the ship.

Thom says:

Yeah, at least they’re making some progress! 🙂

They will need quite some duct tape to fix that hoverplane.

Thom says:

The handy-man’s secret weapon!

We use it all the time in the scouts. Tents, boots, kettles, anything. It could potentially be used for minor damage on space stations, though I think NASA and ESA simply prefer to not damage their stations.
